We are looking for a Digital Experience Manager to help drive operational excellence across design and product initiatives.

You will be responsible for bringing structure, alignment, and execution to cross-functional initiatives, ensuring teams can work efficiently and deliver outcomes consistently. Working closely with design, product, analytics, and other stakeholders, you will improve processes, remove blockers, and support the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Transform early-stage initiatives into clear plans, priorities, and actionable next steps.

  • Drive initiatives from discovery through implementation and ongoing evolution.

  • Identify and remove operational blockers to ensure consistent progress.

  • Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams while maintaining alignment and transparency.

  • Document decisions, processes, and operating models to improve predictability and efficiency.

  • Improve team workflows, reducing friction and context loss between stakeholders.

  • Support and evolve Design Operations practices, ensuring tools, frameworks, and processes are effectively adopted.

  • Embedding accessibility standards and requirements into day-to-day delivery processes.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments and levels of the organization.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Design Operations, UX Project Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, or similar roles.

  • Proven ability to transform ambiguous challenges into structured plans, clear priorities, and actionable roadmaps.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and functions.

  • Demonstrated success in improving operational processes, team efficiency, and ways of working.

  • Experience driving adoption of processes, systems, frameworks, or organizational practices.

  • Hands-on experience working with Design Operations initiatives, including Design Systems and related operational frameworks.

  • Practical knowledge of digital accessibility standards and experience integrating accessibility into product development processes.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 1 day per week onsite in Lisbon.
