Lead end-to-end product design for complex enterprise products, rapidly prototyping near-functional AI-assisted workflows, collaborating with engineers, presenting to stakeholders, and delivering accessible, compliant designs in a hybrid Lisbon setup.

Design and deliver digital products from discovery to delivery. Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesize insights, create user journeys and interaction flows, design usable interfaces, collaborate with product and development teams, present design rationale, and help improve design quality and processes.

Conduct accessibility reviews for web and mobile products, identify barriers, provide remediation recommendations, collaborate with design, engineering and research teams, support assessments and documentation, and promote inclusive design practices across product lifecycles.

Lead Design Operations initiatives by turning ambiguous projects into clear plans, removing operational blockers, and driving cross-functional collaboration from discovery through implementation. Improve workflows, document processes and decisions, support adoption of design systems and accessibility standards, and build stakeholder alignment to increase team efficiency and predictable delivery.

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, field research). Define research goals, synthesize findings into actionable insights, translate outputs into strategic recommendations, collaborate with designers, product managers and developers, communicate findings to stakeholders, and improve research practices across the team.

Design and deliver highly interactive digital learning experiences: create storyboards, learning flows, and interaction concepts; work end-to-end with narrative, text, image, audio, video, and animation; apply UX/UI and pedagogical principles; collaborate with designers, developers, animators, and SMEs; ensure visual and functional quality across projects from concept through delivery.
