Role Summary
You’ll help shape the future of our workplace management platform. As a Designer on the OfficeSpace Product Design Team, you’ll turn insights into simple, scalable experiences that teams trust every day. You’ll work closely with Senior Designers, PMs, and Developers to elevate our design system, strengthen our product craft, and use AI tools to accelerate how we explore, test, and ship ideas. We move fast—and we move together.
What You'll Do
- Translate user insights into clear, thoughtful product experiences that scale across our platform.
- Drive design work from exploration to implementation with mentorship, fast feedback loops, and tight collaboration.
- Partner with developers to ensure every solution is usable, accessible, and feasible.
- Evolve our Figma design system—shaping components, patterns, and documentation that teams rely on.
- Support discovery through research sessions, prototypes, and rapid validation.
- Use OSS AI tools to accelerate ideation, generate variations, and streamline design tasks.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design across workflows and interfaces.
- Strengthen quality and consistency across the end-to-end product experience.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in Product Design, UI/UX, or a related field—ideally in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Figma and comfort working within component-based systems.
- Experience collaborating with PMs and Developers on complex product workflows.
- Curiosity and confidence using AI tools to improve speed, exploration, and quality.
- A portfolio that shows clear user-centered thinking and shipped product work.
- Familiarity with WCAG standards and accessible design practices.
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain decisions clearly and concisely.
