You translate concepts into static ads that stop the scroll and convert. You live in Figma, produce many variants fast, and measure yourself on performance, not aesthetics alone. You work closely with the Creative Strategist (who delivers the angles) and the Creative Director (who signs off).

Demonstrable experience designing high-performing static ads (portfolio required)
Figma pro, fast and iterative
You understand paid performance and think in CTR/conversion, not just aesthetics
Startup pace doesn't scare you - the opposite
German at native level + good English
Competitive salary: €65,000–€90,000

Skills Required
- Demonstrable experience designing high-performing static ads (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in Figma and fast, iterative design workflows
- Understanding of paid performance metrics (CTR, conversion) and data-driven optimization
- Ability to produce many creative variants quickly for A/B testing
- German at native level and good English
- Comfort working at startup pace and iterating on performance-focused creative
