1. Responsible for in-depth understanding of local user characteristics and providing directional input in localized design;
2. Responsible for the operation of the local product user side maintenance process;
3. Be able to gain insight into user behavior/stratification and portrait characteristics, continuously optimize the full-link conversion efficiency of user reach, conversion, and retention in various scenarios, and find link optimization opportunities for different groups;
4. Be good at finding valuable breakthroughs through data analysis and product experience, and can formulate targeted strategies, mobilize multiple resources to quickly improve product experience, and promote the achievement of team goals.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than three years of user operation experience, English can be used as the working language, Portuguese is preferred;
2. Familiar with the Brazilian market, experience in the field of Brazilian design is preferred;
3. Sensitive to operational data, have a deep understanding of user demands, and have strong logical thinking and data analysis and summary skills;
4. Have good project management ability, strong problem-solving ability, excellent execution and coordination ability.
