ANINE BING is looking for a Design & Development Intern, Leather Goods & Accessories to join its Product Design team based in Paris, France.
This intern will support our Leather Goods and Accessories team in the design and development of handbags, small leather goods, and accessories. Reporting to the Senior Designer, this role is ideal for someone passionate about product development, with a strong eye for detail and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 6-month internship based at our Paris HQ.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct visual research aligned with seasonal themes and creative briefs
- Monitor market trends in materials, shapes, colors, and hardware for leather goods
- Contribute to internal creative presentations and mood boards
- Assist in sketching new styles by hand and in Adobe Illustrator
- Support development of seasonal leather goods and accessories collections
- Create and maintain accurate technical drawings and product specification sheets
- Assist in hardware development and prepare related tech packs for suppliers
Update files based on sample reviews and feedback from suppliers
Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate in Fashion or Accessories Design (Bachelor/Master preferred)
- Strong drawing skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator
- Detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about learning
- Genuine interest in leather goods and fashion accessories
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus
