Own company-wide FP&A across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels and international regions. Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, month-end reporting, P&L consolidation, margin analysis, and variance explanations through EBITDA. Partner with operational leaders on pricing, inventory, store economics, promotions, and expansion business cases. Improve planning processes, controls, reporting automation, and data standards while supporting executive and board reporting.

Leads the ME and APAC wholesale business during a fixed-term maternity leave cover in Paris. Manages a four-person team, commercial performance, sell-in and sell-through, forecasting, seasonal budgets, key accounts, agents, distributors, and franchise partners. Oversees sales administration, ERP and 3PL coordination, delivery compliance, reporting, and escalations. Partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, Operations, and Finance, reports KPIs and budget performance to the CEO, and manages structured handovers.

Supports the PAP Studio with ready-to-wear collection development, technical drawings, tech packs, moodboards, color ranges, visual research, file management, fittings, prototype tracking, and presentation materials. The intern contributes to creative research and day-to-day studio coordination while maintaining accurate technical documentation and archives.

Leads ANINE BING’s global technology strategy, roadmap, enterprise systems, data and integrations. Oversees ERP, PLM, Shopify, POS, infrastructure, cybersecurity, workplace technology and IT support. Manages technology transformation programs from requirements through adoption, while partnering with business functions, vendors and implementation providers. Owns budgets, governance, data quality, cybersecurity, business continuity and the evolving technology operating model, including AI and automation. Requires strong enterprise systems leadership, commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and fluency in English and French.

Own the wholesale portfolio across Middle East and APAC markets, managing key accounts, agents, distributors, and franchise partners. Drive showroom sell-in, account prospecting, negotiations, forecasting, budgets, sell-through analysis, reorders, and in-season performance actions. Coordinate with merchandising, production, supply chain, finance, customer service, and visual merchandising to ensure deliveries and brand execution. Build processes, reporting, market analyses, and distribution strategies while representing the brand internationally.

The Accounting Manager will oversee accounts payable and general accounting operations, manage a team, implement accounting policies, and support audits, ensuring timely closes and vendor relationships.
