Position Summary
The Crew2 Design Consultant is responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations with prospective customers to recommend and sell cabinet refacing and kitchen remodeling solutions. This role focuses on delivering a professional, consultative customer experience while achieving established sales targets. The position is field-based and requires regular travel within the assigned territory. Sales Consultants are provided with pre-qualified, company-generated leads and are expected to manage the full sales cycle, from initial consultation through contract execution. (Can you confirm who takes over the project after the sale?)
Key Responsibilities
- Travel within the assigned territory to conduct scheduled in-home sales appointments (How many appointments are we seeing on average?)
- Assess customer needs, preferences, and project goals
- Measure spaces and develop customized cabinet refacing and remodeling solutions
- Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions to customers
- Execute sales agreements and ensure accuracy of all project documentation
- Apply established sales processes and methodologies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience required; in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and effectively manage customer interactions in a home environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency with basic technology and sales tools
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Skills Required
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing, design-related, or sales environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
