Connected to our office in Rolle, this role has a hybrid work schedule giving you the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days PW.

You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.

Your mission

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for all stock control and demand planning for a portfolio business unit as part of our Global Sales & Operations planning process.


The value you add:

  • Develop and manage demand forecasts, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Utilize ERP systems and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to plan and track materials, inventory, and production schedules.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in the planning process.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to stakeholders, outlining demand forecasts, trends, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales, procurement, and production) to ensure efficient planning and execution.
  • Drive continuous improvements in the demand planning process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements

We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing

  • 2-5 years experience in demand planning, or similar stock control or material management role.
  • Working experience of perishable/expiring products stored within the cold chain is highly valuable, for example pharmaceutical of medical products
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, MRP processes and comfortable with advanced planning software.
  • You’ll be a strong communicator, coupled with excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
