- Estimated annual base pay: $72,000.00 (minimum) - $93,000.00 (midpoint) - $115,000.00 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting: Develop and manage demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends and statistical models.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales and market data to identify patterns and inform demand planning strategies.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with business objectives.
- S&OP Process: Knowledge of S&OP Processes, inventory management and supply chain best practices.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present demand reports, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision making.
- Supply Planning: Reconcile demand to production capabilities.
- Scenario Analysis: Evaluate proposed or upcoming business changes and provide insights and recommendations based on expertise.
