The HR Generalist will support the HR Business Partners within our US and LATAM regions by being the first point of contact for employee relations concerns, coordinating HRBP-led programs and projects, supporting performance and engagement cycles, and providing data and reporting insights. This role strengthens HRBP capacity by ensuring consistent employee support and high-quality execution across teams.
What You'll be Doing:
Review information in-take from the HRBP Agent (AI agent for performance management)
Partner with leaders to ensure HRBP Agent guidance is followed, accurate, and following regional legal considerations
Escalate complex cases to the HRBP
Support follow-up actions, manager communication, and closure tracking
Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely responsiveness
Support performance management cycles, goal setting, and review coordination
Assist in compensation cycle preparation and data consolidation
Coordinate engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans
Contribute to global culture-building, and HR projects & programs
Manage internal team transfers from start to finish, including documentation and handoffs
Support onboarding experience alongside TA & HR Ops
Coordinate with hiring managers for role readiness, buddy assignment, and team integration
Conduct new hire check-ins and pulse-feedback collection
Conduct exit interviews for roles as needed based on role level, impact to the org on the employee leaving, etc.
Track headcount, hiring, and attrition trends using the Global Workforce Intelligence dashboard to align with location strategies
Prepare quarterly HR dashboards for business reviews, using data to highlight key patterns, tell compelling stories, and deliver actionable recommendations to HRBPs
Review employee exit data to extract trends, deliver insights, and recommend strategies to improve retention
Partner with HR Ops to ensure HRIS accuracy for org charts, reporting lines, promotions, and department codes across assigned business units
Develop understanding of Business org structure, roles, leveling, and skill frameworks
Participate in workforce discussions and project meetings as required
Support HRBP with data, documentation, and insights related to teams

What We're Looking for:
3 years of experience in HR coordination or people programs
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through
High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Interest in developing HRBP skills and learning the engineering business
Preferably someone with experience of multiple geographies
Understanding how different areas of the business operate i.e. GTM / Engineering / Corporate etc. and adapting approach to your stakeholders
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with HRIS data and interest in AI development
Experience supporting remote-first teams across multiple regions
