We are looking for a Delivery & Operations Manager to help drive delivery excellence and operational effectiveness across our Product and R&D organizations.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of cross-team delivery, ensuring initiatives move smoothly from planning to execution. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to coordinate complex initiatives, drive alignment across teams, and continuously improve the processes that enable teams to deliver efficiently.
This is a highly cross-functional role that combines project leadership, operational ownership, and continuous process improvement.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations, shaping how teams plan, collaborate, and deliver impactful initiatives across the organization.

• Own and drive cross-department delivery from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, priorities, and quality standards.
• Lead complex cross-team initiatives, coordinating multiple R&D teams while managing dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Lead the organization’s annual and quarterly planning processes, including structuring the planning cycle, coordinating stakeholders, aligning capacity and dependencies, and tracking commitments.
• Drive and maintain SDLC / Product Development Lifecycle (PDL) processes, ensuring clear standards, adoption across teams, and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain delivery visibility through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that provide clear insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development and operational workflows.
• Work closely with Product Managers, R&D leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
• Lead operational initiatives such as system implementations, budget tracking, reporting, analyses, and cross-organizational ad-hoc projects.
• Facilitate collaboration in a matrix organization and drive alignment across multiple teams and departments.
• Support and optimize workflows and processes in Jira, including administrative capabilities when needed.

• At least 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, such as Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Operations or Product Operations  in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and how Product and Engineering organizations operate.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment, aligning multiple stakeholders and driving initiatives to successful execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams across the organization.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Technical understanding that enables effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience working with Jira, including administrative capabilities – an advantage.
• A proactive, positive team player who enjoys working with people and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
