Job Description:
1.- Verificar, registrar y asegurar que los parametros de producto y de proceso a su cargo se encuentren dentro de especififcaciones, cumpliendo en frecuencia, tiempo y forma las inspecciones y tomando acciones de encontrar anomalias.
2.- Cumplir con las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, mantenimiento correctivo, asegurando de hacerlo de manera eficiente y óptima.
3.- Relevar a los tecnicos de decorado en sus tiempos de comida y breaks sin descuidar su area de trabajo.
4.- Asegurar las placas, tintas, etc. en los cambio de diseño y apoyar en estos
5.- Realizar la limpieza de las placas, cilindros del diseño que salio y ordenar las cubetas de tinta en el area asignada en conjunto con el decorador de impresora
6.- Asegurarse de distribuir los insumos para las decoradoras (Rodillos de hule, trapos, cambio de agua del carro de limpieza para trapear, mantas, refacciones en general)
7.- Ajustes de peso de barniz exterior (Ajuste de viscosidad de barniz exterior, ajuste de cuchillas secundarias)
8.- Conocer y comprender los objetivos en los indicadores de seguridad, eficiencia, volumen, desperdicio, PNC, costos y rendimientos para asi dirigir esfuerzos para su cumplimiento.
9.- Asegurar el abasto necesario de materias primas asi como el retiro de desperdicio.
10.- Revisar con el area de calidad desviaciones encontradas en el proceso

Skills Required
- Verify and record product and process parameters to ensure they meet specifications and perform inspections
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on decorating equipment
- Relieve decorating technicians during breaks without neglecting area responsibilities
- Secure and handle plates, inks, and support design changeovers
- Clean plates and design cylinders and organize ink buckets with printing decorator
- Distribute supplies for decorators (rubber rollers, rags, cleaning water, blankets, general spare parts)
- Adjust exterior varnish weight and viscosity, and secondary blade settings
- Understand and work to achieve safety, efficiency, volume, waste, PNC, cost, and yield KPIs; coordinate deviations with Quality
