Job Description:
1.- Verificar y asegurar que el producto derivado de su área cumple con las especificaciones de producto; cumpliendo en frecuencia, tiempo y forma las inspecciones, y realizando las acciones correctivas inmediatas en caso de encontrar anomalias. (dar aviso a calidad y al área origen) en tiempo y forma.
2.- Ajustes en la alimentacion (Rueda estrella, Guias, ayudas de aire, Bomba de vacio). Ajustes en rueda de mandriles (Vertical Track, Traking, Presion de Impresión, Toe-in, TIR, ajuste de pockets, ajuste del tambor de aire y vacio, Lubricaciones). Rueda de segmentos (Cambio de mantas, Limpiezas).
3.- Ajustes en Unidada de barnizado (Ajuste de fuente de barniz: cuchilla primaria, cuchilla secundaria, raspadores laterales, paredes). Cambio de rodillo de compuesto (Ajustes). Cambio de unidad de barnizado.
4.- Ajustes en rueda de transferencia (Cambio de copas de succion y colchones de rebote, Tiempo de rueda vs rueda de mandriles, Manifould de aire y vacio). Ajustes en tren de Sprockets (Cambio de rodamientos, tiempo de cadena vs rueda de transferencia, Limpiezas)
5.- Ajustes en carruaje (Cambio de pistones de retraccion, Ajustes en blocks de paro, Altura del carruaje) Ajustes en transmision (Cambio de bandas, cambio de rodamientos, coples). Sistema de Lubricacion (Llenado de sistema de centralizados, mantenimiento correctivo de fugas de grasa)
6.- Ajustes de peso de barniz exterior (Ajuste de viscosidad de barniz exterior, ajuste de cuchillas secundarias)
7.- Asegurar las placas, tintas, etc. en los cambio de diseño y apoyar en estos
8.- Realizar la limpieza de las placas, cilindros del diseño que salio y ordenar las cubetas de tinta en el area asignada en conjunto con el decorador de impresora
9.- Cumplir con las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, mantenimiento correctivo, asegurando de hacerlo de manera eficiente y óptima.
10.- Cumplir y mantener el área, la impresora, las estaciones tinteras, unidad de barnizado con Orden y Limpieza.

Skills Required
- Perform product inspections to ensure specifications and take immediate corrective actions, notifying quality and origin areas as needed.
- Make mechanical adjustments to feeding mechanisms, mandrel wheels, transfer wheels, sprockets, and carriage assemblies.
- Adjust and maintain varnish units including blades, rollers, viscosity control, and perform varnish unit changes.
- Change rollers, replace suction cups, bearings, chains, and other machine components; perform lubrication and basic mechanical repairs.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks efficiently and document work.
- Clean plates, design cylinders, and ink tubs; organize ink stations and assist press decorator during changeovers.
- Follow housekeeping, safety, and area organization standards for printers, ink stations, and varnish units.
- Able to work on-site in a manufacturing environment and collaborate with quality and maintenance teams.
