Operate and set up CNC lathes and mills to manufacture tool and die parts. Perform tooling setup, first-part qualification, routine maintenance, program edits, and dimensional inspections. Read engineering drawings and work with minimal supervision to ensure productivity and quality.

Pick and pack spare parts, equipment orders, loose machine parts and subcontract parts. Maintain a tidy, safe workspace following EHS practices. Use Aras, IBS, JDE and warehouse scanning systems, communicate with dispatch and other departments, and apply initiative and flexibility to resolve issues. Forklift licence advantageous.

Support finance and procurement functions by creating Power BI dashboards and performing data analysis in Excel. Assist with reporting, spend analysis, and process improvement while participating in professional development and safety-focused company programs.

Supervise and coordinate plant equipment and personnel to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and spoilage. Manage machine setup, inspect products, drive continuous improvement, train staff, document production, and communicate between shifts and departments.

Design, develop and commission electrical control systems for high-speed production machinery. Lead projects from concept through implementation, testing and handover. Produce schematics, BOMs and bespoke control solutions. Program PLCs/HMIs (Rockwell/Siemens), support commissioning, fault-find, and provide technical support and continuous improvement.

Manage daily production planning, inventory, warehousing and distribution for the Nichols plant. Develop master schedules, coordinate production and sales, monitor inventories, implement planning tools, train/audit staff, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer and division goals.

Lead plant HR and administration functions: implement HR policies, manage recruitment, onboarding, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance with UAE/JAFZA regulations, facilities and vendor management, HR reporting, budgeting, and regional stakeholder engagement.

Operate and maintain metal packaging printing and varnishing equipment. Perform regular inspections, make mechanical and process adjustments, change rollers and components, execute preventive and corrective maintenance, support design changeovers (plates, inks), clean and organize work area, and follow safety and quality reporting procedures.

Lead North America corporate and sustainability communications, produce the annual Sustainability Report, support industry advocacy and public affairs for packaging, coordinate corporate social engagement and events, and provide legislative/policy guidance to internal stakeholders to promote metal packaging circularity.

Lead quality control activities for design-to-order metal forming and finishing machinery. Diagnose manufacturing faults, apply root-cause problem solving, use SPC and ISO fundamentals, drive continuous improvement, and produce clear technical reports while collaborating with stakeholders.
