Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Deal Registration Administrator to be a part of making this happen.

Hours: 2 pm – 11 pm IST (local time)
Position Overview and Objective
The Deal Registration Administrator will play an important role as the channel organization continues to scale, operating across multiple teams including Channel, Sales, Channel Partners, and Sales Operations. This role will help ensure consistent communication across these groups, while also supporting the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce as the organization grows. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams to keep processes running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Review and process deal registrations submitted by Channel Partners, identifying and addressing issues using sound judgment within established guidelines.
Serve as a data steward by supporting accurate Partner, Prospect, and Customer account creation, along with ongoing data maintenance in Salesforce, following defined processes.
Assist with Partner Operations reporting via SFDC dashboards, as assigned.
Help resolve questions and issues related to deal registrations, account creation, and Partner Operations requests.
Respond independently to inquiries related to deal registrations, opportunities, and other Partner-related topics, ensuring responses are clear, timely, and helpful.
Provide backup support to adjacent Sales Operations teams as needed, helping to maintain continuity of operations.
Support special projects as they arise, contributing to broader operational priorities.

Two or more years’ experience in sales/channel operations, or a similar role.
Salesforce.com (SFDC), or equivalent Customer Relationship Management tool

Prior experience working with Channel Partners is preferred.
Undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
