Autodesk is looking for a Deal Development Enterprise – Pre/Post Sales Specialist to support our Enterprise sales organization.
In this role, you will help enable efficient execution of Enterprise Business Agreement activities by coordinating operational requests, supporting commercial processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams across Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations.
You will manage a portfolio of requests, ensure the right stakeholders are engaged, maintain accurate business records, and help deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities
Support pre- and post-sales operational activities for Enterprise customers.
Manage requests from intake through completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clear communication.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and obtain required approvals.
Prepare and review business and customer-facing documentation using established processes and templates.
Maintain accurate information in Salesforce and other workflow tools.
Prioritize multiple requests while meeting service expectations and business deadlines.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation and team efficiency.
Contribute to team knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal support, commercial operations, business operations or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience working with CRM or business workflow systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce.
Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales environments.
Familiarity with contract, approval or commercial processes.
Experience working with Legal, Finance or Sales Operations teams.
Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
