Deal Biller Job Responsibilities

  • Record all new and used, retail & wholesale transactions daily
  • Load and record all dealer trades and wholesale transactions
  • Verify commission calculations are correct based on specific pay plans for assigned stores
  • Break down deals and submit funding packages to the banks
  • Flooring payoffs and reconciliation
  • Factory Incentive reconciliation
  • Review assigned schedules for accuracy
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

Qualifications

Deal Biller Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • CDK experience is strongly preferred but not required

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
