Deal Biller Job Responsibilities
- Record all new and used, retail & wholesale transactions daily
- Load and record all dealer trades and wholesale transactions
- Verify commission calculations are correct based on specific pay plans for assigned stores
- Break down deals and submit funding packages to the banks
- Flooring payoffs and reconciliation
- Factory Incentive reconciliation
- Review assigned schedules for accuracy
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
- Performs other duties as assigned
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- CDK experience is strongly preferred but not required
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
