Your overall essential responsibilities will be the following:
- Partners with hiring manager and staffing coordinators to determine staffing needs.
- Source resumes and job applications, conduct screening interviews of candidates by phone, in teams, or in person, and schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
- Administer appropriate assessments, check references, make recommendations for hire, and deliver employment offers.
- Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, job fairs, community network events, online platforms, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Builds and maintains a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
- Utilizes Paycom’s applicant tracking system to manage candidates’ progress and activity.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process and status.
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure the achievement of staffing goals.
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
- Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
- Manages application and resume files and retention according to company policy.
Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry
