Sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, administers assessments, checks references, recommends hires, and delivers offers. Maintains candidate pipelines, manages internal transfers, tracks recruiting activity in Paycom, and communicates with candidates and hiring managers. Builds recruiting networks through career fairs and online channels, supports staffing goals, and ensures compliance with employment laws, affirmative action requirements, and company record-retention policies.

Supports New York programs through quality assurance, regulatory and funding compliance reviews, billing documentation audits, staff training, investigations, corrective action plans, and accreditation or government review preparation. The role monitors Therap documentation, personnel records, staff certifications, and quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with state leadership, HR, and program teams. Frequent travel to program sites is required, with a hybrid schedule based in Ithaca, New York.

Manages organization-wide quality assurance and corporate compliance programs across state subsidiaries. Oversees audits, regulatory reviews, corrective action plans, staff training and credential compliance, policy development, incident management support, investigations, and quarterly compliance reporting. Coordinates with leadership and departments to maintain regulatory systems, quality improvement processes, and compliance training. Travel to subsidiary locations is required.

Lead daily HR operations for an assigned state, overseeing HR generalists and recruiters. Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations, investigations, and compliance with employment laws. Recruit, train staff as needed, advise state directors on regulatory needs, and maintain HR best practices and systems.

Lead donor cultivation and fundraising across the DMV: manage donor portfolios, plan and execute events, build community and corporate partnerships, secure gifts-in-kind, maintain CRM records, and report fundraising performance to grow unrestricted revenue.

Lead and oversee all state-level programs, operations, fiscal performance, and staff for SJCS in the DMV. Ensure regulatory and CARF compliance, develop budgets, cultivate stakeholders, and drive strategic growth and quality assurance.

Coordinate and manage incident reporting and investigations for DC programs, liaise with DDS, ensure compliance and timely documentation, train staff on incident policies, track trends and corrective actions, and collaborate with QA to improve incident management processes.

Provide nursing care for individuals with IDD including monthly medication reconciliations, health assessments, documentation, care coordination, staff education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with state standards and effective care plans.
