Under close supervision, you will classify, examine, and analyze accounting records, prepare financial reports and statements and perform special projects as assigned. You will also support other accounting and external reporting activities.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • SAP ERP / SAP S4/HANA system knowledge: FI module (Accounting) on a user level, knowledge of user's interface
  • Understanding of basic SAP structure - common system's working principles, transactions, accounting documents analyzing skills, including document header data, document attachments, basic master data etc.
  • Working with Technology Portal - creation support tickets - describe the issue, making step-by-step instructions with operation's details, issue's screenshots from the system etc.
  • Communication with technical support team through Technologies Portal: in a chat, email, call. Describing the issue, showing the issue in the system during the call
  • Working with MEDOC system as an administrator: creation new users, system's roles, set up a routing for signing documents in the system
  • Educate new MEDOC users with system's working principles
  • Monitoring the actual status of MEDOC licenses for main company, branches, etc. Keep licenses updating - communicate with Vendors, Medoc support team or Medoc accountant team
  • Communication with Government's Web-portals support teams - providing technical support for users, including users who have an electronic signature, make settings for company's cabinet, adding users, assigning roles to them etc. using different communication instruments (phone, email etc.)
  • Work in the Vchasno.EDO and Vchasno.KEP systems as an administrator: creating and forming KEP for employees, creating new users and assigning roles according to the request.
  • Providing support to get new/update current electronic signatures - collection documents, making payments, visiting certification centers for Ukrainian Finance team

What you will bring

  • Experience in technical support team member/FI module's user role in SAP system
  • Experience in writing technical tasks for making/changing system's settings
  • English knowledge - upper intermediate - writing and speaking
  • Experience in administration of electronic signature certificates, users, roles, accesses, system's updating
  • experience in implementation SAP S4/HANA system projects at manufacturing enterprises
  • Experience in working with the Portal of the Financial Reporting System, the Pension Fund Portal, and other portals of Ukrainian authorities
  • The ability to quickly navigate and set up new tools for electronic document management, exchange of reports with Ukrainian authorities, etc.
  • Excel skills - ability to work with large missives of data, ability to build pivot tables, ability to write formulas, etc.
