Job Description:

Join us as a Data Technology Intern in our Sun Life Hong Kong business! This is a full-time Summer Internship (3 months from Jun - Aug 2025).

What will you do?

• Prepare surveys, with guidance from data leads, to understand preferences of data producers and data consumers

• Conduct surveys and tabulate the results, and share survey outcomes and learnings in structured format

• Discuss the survey outcomes and learnings with the data leads, to arrive at actionable steps

• Use consumer behavior and nudge theory methodologies to support incorporation of actionable steps in existing data governance framework

• Support the roll out of the enhanced data governance framework

Key Requirements

• Available for full time for 3 months, commencing from 1 June, 2025

• Major in Business Administration, with a minor in a data related discipline

• Strong skills in Consumer Behavior and Nudge Theory related research methods and ability to practically apply those methods to solve real world problems

• Strong quantitative and reasoning skills to interpret patterns from disparate and unstructured real world consumer feedback and arrange/ present them logically

• Fluent in English; fluency in Cantonese Language is beneficial

• Has right to work in Hong Kong [visa & relocation assistance is not be sponsored]

What do you need to succeed?

• Fast learner and demonstrates strong interest in consumer behavior and data

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Visio

• Eager to contribute and take responsibility for your work and outcomes

• A natural collaborator, who’s always happy to speak up, enjoys building relationships and sharing ideas
