Works with clients requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative, handling post-live reconciliation, automation, and process development for any client. Demonstrates awareness of available resources and correctly identifies the appropriate tools for research in projects they are responsible for. Collaborates with management to complete 2-3 projects annually that align with the department's strategic initiatives. Effectively manages assignments within the team, balancing workload, client success, and leadership expectations to deliver on assignments and projects. Is trusted to consistently deliver accurate, timely, and thorough responses to project stakeholders in both written and verbal contexts. Selects, develops, and evaluates projects to improve 2-3 strategic initiatives annually, leveraging Lean Six Sigma practices. Identifies opportunities for improvement and collaborates with stakeholders to implement solutions that positively impact the department. Required Skills: Advanced knowledge in tooling and applications used in their day-to-day work, such as Recon Tool, Confluence, Outlook, Jira, Grafana, ACE, etc. They have an intermediate understanding of all aspects of reconciliation, including the Clearwater End to End data flow and all system interactions related to reconciliation processes. They have vast knowledge of Excel and are skilled in using various functions such as CW excel ribbons, MATCH-MATCH, PIVOT, SUMIF, COUNTIF, INDEX, VLOOKUP, etc. They have intermediate familiarity with Clearwater-specific assumptions and functionality in the industry, making them a trusted advisor for any client inquiry. 2+ years of experience reconciling accounts. Preferably 1+ year in another department or team. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
