Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Data Solutions Senior Product Analyst to join our Infomediary Data Solutions organization.
As a Senior Product Analyst in IDS Data Services, you’ll help design and deliver data solutions that support our clients and internal teams. You will work closely with business stakeholders, implementation leads, and systems developers to turn business needs into practical, well‑designed data processes.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who understand business operations, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow their technical skills over time — deep technical expertise is not required on day one.
What You’ll Do
- Work with clients to understand their data needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Shape and support data processes that help ensure accurate, consistent, and high‑quality data across our systems.
- Collaborate with developers and testers to design solutions, validate deliveries, and support successful implementations.
- Maintain and improve documentation, including process notes, requirements, and data definitions.
- Participate in project planning, reviews, and testing to ensure solutions align with our Data Services strategy.
- Support issue resolution, helping business users understand and troubleshoot data‑related questions.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years related work experience. Financial services industry knowledge and experience preferred.
- Ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology.
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability and motivation to operate as an independent contributor, managing end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects or product components, from requirement gathering through implementation and follow‑up.
- Proficiency with standard tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
