We’re seeking a Junior Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in computer vision. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy state‑of‑the‑art vision algorithms on medical data such as endoscopy, X-rays, CT, MRI data. You’ll work closely with a talented team of AI researchers to turn novel ideas into products across the company together with business unit teams.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Algorithm Development: Research, implement, and optimize algorithms for object detection, image segmentation, image classification, multi-view stereo, structure-from-motion (SfM), depth estimation, surface reconstruction, and volumetric modeling
  • Model Training & Evaluation: Design experiments, select architectures (e.g., CNNs, transformers, NeRFs, 3D/4D Gaussian splatting), and manage data pipelines for large-scale image and point‑cloud datasets
  • Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, modular, and well‑tested code in Python
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with domain experts to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Research & Innovation: Stay current with academic and industry advances; prototype novel techniques, publish findings, and contribute to patent filings as appropriate

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. a plus)
  • 1+ years of hands‑on experience in computer vision research and product development
  • Proficiency in Python, experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
  • Deep understanding of multi-view geometry, photogrammetry, SLAM, or related topics
  • Experience with point‑cloud processing libraries (e.g., PCL, Open3D) and mesh/volume representations. Strong grasp of neural rendering techniques (e.g., Neural Radiance Fields) is highly desirable
