- Lead and investigate process deviations to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure timely closure of deviations, change controls, and CAPAs within supply chain operations.
- Support and guide operational teams in maintaining quality compliance and preparing SOPs/WIs.
- Facilitate meetings and drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve compliance issues.
- Generate, control, and evaluate documentation, data, and process insights.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring consistent adherence to compliance standards.
- Contribute to process improvements, training initiatives, and effective communication across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, or Supply Chain.
- 0–4 years of experience in supply chain or related operations, ideally within a cGMP environment.
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation abilities.
- Collaborative and proactive attitude with the ability to influence and drive results.
- Fluency in English (business level).
