Job Description:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists in developing advanced algorithms, constructing robust data models, and conducting predictive analysis. This role works closely with credit risk and fraud teams to contribute to strategic data initiatives, fostering continuous improvement and leveraging insights to enhance decision-making. Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home.
