Data Scientist - Hybrid

In this role, you will analyze data, build models and support data-driven decision-making across various business functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and develop solutions to improve business performance. Collaborate on the end to end model development process, from ideation to deployment. Foster innovation within the team by exploring new techniques to solve business problems.
Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis.
• Perform data analytics such as data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics and develop.
• Document and support the deployment of quantitative models, for decisions and product management through member lifecycle including acquisition, activation, utilization, relationship deepening and retention.
• Interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations using statistical techniques.
• Develop ML models to predict distinct customer behavior across marketing, deposits and lending.
• Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the internal clients to understand the results and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with other data scientist and business analyst to develop best practices and methodologies.
• Document analysis model-building processes, and results for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineering team to deploy models in production.

Education:

• Graduate Degree - Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Related - Preferred

Years of Experience:

• 3 years - Data analytics, deploying decisioning models or related

Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$87,100‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$123,000 Annually or Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
