Your Role
The Information Systems group has a key position available for a talented Data Quality Analyst. In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Enterprise SaaS platforms’ implementations and integrations especially Salesforce and VantagePoint, working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. We are looking for candidates who are ready to roll up their sleeves and identify data and functional gaps, including the ability to trace out the source and highlight it to the right groups.
What You Will Do
Validate and monitor data across systems to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Analyze datasets to identify anomalies, duplicates, and quality issues.
Define and enforce data quality rules, policies, and best practices.
Investigate data discrepancies and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
Track and report data quality metrics to stakeholders.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce and VantagePoint in future.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing on features and customizations.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Similar.
Perform database validations using tools such as QuerySurge.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications
Essential:
4-6 years of experience in a similar position
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
Strong experience working with Salesforce or any other CRM tool
Experienced in Data Quality methodologies like data monitoring & governance to detect anomalies, duplication, pattern deviation using tools/concepts like SQL, MS Excel, ETL and analytics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Desirable:
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments particularly JIRA
Familiarity with any ERP platforms preferably Deltek Vision/VantagePoint
Exposure to testing Process and tools.
