As the Decision Intelligence Lead for ID & Fraud segment, you will shape regional strategy, manage asset lifecycles, and spearhead commercial monetisation opportunities. In your capacity, you will serve as the primary conduit between our core data & analytic capabilities and regional commercial functions. By aligning with regional strategy, you will ensure your segment executes against high-value priorities and overarching goals in close partnership with cross-functional leadership.
What you will do
Asset Lifecycle Management: Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle (introduction, growth, maturity, decline) of decision intelligence assets.
Commercial Asset Monetisation: Utilize strong commercial acumen to spot and realize opportunities for future data utilization and monetisation, feeding insights back into regional strategy.
Cross-Functional Strategy: Partner with Product, Technology, and cross-functional teams to define data, model, AI, and tool improvement initiatives.
Single Point of Contact: Act as the single business contact point for Equifax A/NZ regarding incident or opportunity management for assets under your remit.
Resource & Workload Optimization: Partner with chapter leads and managers to advocate for, assign, and continuously review the workload of technical specialists to ensure alignment with high-value strategic priorities.
Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate updates, plans, and mitigants to key stakeholders while actively fostering general data literacy.
Market Intelligence: Connect directly with customers and regulators to build a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and evolving regulatory trends.
Data Product Initiatives: Organize and lead new data product initiatives and programs using a metrics-driven strategy to improve pipelines and enable AI/ML capabilities.
Strategic Influence: Influence investment, resource allocation, and strategic decisions at both local and global levels based on commercial opportunities.
What Experience you need
7+ years of experience leading and defining strategies and vision within data and analytic leadership roles (or similar).
Proven domain experience directly within the Identity & Fraud field.
Demonstrated experience navigating multinational, complex, matrix environments and managing Agile ways of working.
Concrete product lifecycle management experience with exposure to managing return on investment (value/cost reporting).
Proven experience utilizing financial levers and metrics to obtain buy-in for investments and optimizing resource allocation.
Technical familiarity with Google Suite, Data Fabric, Cloud infrastructure, and AI technology.
