About the role
As the People Lead responsible for Customer Service and Logistics, Truganina site and our Central Supply Chain teams, you play a pivotal role in supporting these teams as a senior business partner. You will lead the end-to-end People function across these areas, working closely with the business to define and execute various people-related activities such as strategy planning/workforce planning, capability building programs, employee relations case management and advice, policy and EBA interpretation and managing the annual cycle of engagement survey and actions, objective setting and performance management cycle. Your responsibilities may also include elements of Mondelēz's internal lean manufacturing excellence program, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the capabilities of leaders and teams.
How you will contribute
- Leading improvement of employee engagement via a range of plans and actions.
- Build the leadership capability at various levels from executives and partners all the way through to front line leaders.
- Lead and implement Mondelez HR calendar of events including Strategic Talent Review and Succession Planning; Goal Setting Alignment and Review; Performance Calibration.
- Establish and grow the business through all aspects of the site and actively play a leadership role on the relevant Leadership Team.
- Lead the Employee Relations agenda, including oversight of all grievance and dispute management processes; Any relevant bargaining activities and consultation processes. First point of contact for site-based ER cases.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects.
What you will bring

- HR / People & Culture generalist or BP experience of 5+ years, preferably in FMCG, Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing.
- Sound knowledge and experience managing IR/ER matters in the Australian jurisdiction.
- Working across core waged/EBA and unionised workforce through to professional support team workforce.
- Communicating effectively, applying interpersonal skills and taking initiative.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong capability in blending strategic and action orientation, with very strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- HR / Business degree qualified or equivalent experience.
