Type of Contract: Full-time

Job Summary: The Data Processor will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, organizing, updating and maintaining data within various systems.

What does a day in the life of a Data Processor look like? 

Operational

• Inserts customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within the time constraint

• Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording account information.

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.

• Monitors and processes purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing workflows within NetSuite, including purchase orders, item receipts, and assembly/work order tracking.

• Monitors and processes accounts payable & receivable and daily financial/operational entries in NetSuite.

• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures for billing and settlement matters.

• Prepares and maintains records of all bank deposits and daily entries.

• Generates and submits customer invoices efficiently.

Process Improvement

• Enhances given tasks by adjusting color and image specifications.

• Prepares accomplished copies of the enhanced digital image.

Employee Development

• Maintains cross-functional operational knowledge across purchasing, inventory control, and data pipeline cycles.

Stakeholder Satisfaction

• Obtains approval on deliverables and system process changes by submitting structured summaries and layouts.

Related Duties as Assigned

• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership based on operational priorities.

What are the qualifications of a Data Processor?

• Graduate of any discipline equivalent to the position; Undergraduates are welcome to apply, given 6 months to 1 year of work experience in related field is present

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience using NetSuite (ERP) for data processing, financial entries, or account maintenance. Experience in a data processing, manufacturing, or operations environment performing related tasks.

• Hands-on experience navigating NetSuite, specifically with purchasing, inventory management, and manufacturing workflows/modules (e.g., purchase requisitions, PO creation, item fulfillment/receipts, and assembly builds)

• Demonstrated ability to work with moderate supervision and adhere to strict data integrity standards.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain technical or operational data.
