Was macht ein erfolgreicher Data Privacy Coordinator (m/w/d)?

Als Data Privacy Coordinator (m/w/d) sind Sie Mitglied des Global Privacy Office Teams von Fiserv in Deutschland und unterstützen in erster Linie die täglichen Datenschutzaktivitäten der deutschen Fiserv Unternehmen und insbesondere den Standort Nürnberg. Sie helfen bei der Einhaltung des Datenschutz-Compliance-Programms, der GDPR und anderer relevanter Gesetze. Die Stelle ist direkt dem Chief Data Ethics and Privacy Officer unterstellt und wird in erster Linie die deutsche Datenschutzbeauftragte unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Ansprechpartner*in für Datenschutzfragen. Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Datenschutzvorfällen

• Verwaltung und Recherche von Anfragen zu Betroffenenrechten

• Unterstützung bei Audits im Bereich Datenschutz. Unterstützung bei der internen Berichterstattung zum Datenschutz. Unterstützung des globalen Privacy Teams bei der Umsetzung und  Erweiterung des DSMS

• Risikobewertung von globalen und regionalen Verarbeitungstätigkeiten, nach dem bereits etablierten Datenschutzmanagmentsystem (DSMS)

• Interne Beratung und Hilfestellungen zur Nutzung des Datenschutzmanagementsystems

• Recherche von Änderungen der lokalen Gesetzgebung oder regulatorischen Richtlinien

• Förderung des Bewusstseins für den Datenschutz und Schulung der Mitarbeiter*inn

Was Sie mitbringen sollten 

• Erfahrung im Bereich Datenschutz, entweder in einem juristischen Team, in einer Compliance-Funktion oder im technischen Datenschutz

• Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, mindestens B2

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Entscheidungsfreudigkeit, Vertraulichkeit und die Fähigkeit, auf eigene Initiative zu arbeiten

• Gutes Zeitmanagement und kritisches Denken

• Sie müssen bereit sein, 5 Tage im Büro zu arbeiten.
