Data Operations Specialist

CreatorIQ’s SaaS platform is a B2B system of record that helps brands actively manage and grow their creator communities through a focus on content collection, campaign management, and measurement. CreatorIQ recently acquired Tribe Dynamics, and together we work to provide end-to-end solutions for marketing teams and build products that promote evergreen paid and organic influencer programs.

We are seeking a Data Operations Specialist with strong reading proficiency in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and other languages that use the Latin alphabet.

In this role, you’ll get to: 

  • Work under Data Operations to ensure accuracy and availability of data to clients across multiple social channels and global markets

  • Vet and label social media posts, identifying brands mentioned

  • Investigate and vet social media data across platforms, identifying trends in data and communicating those to the internal Data Operations team 

  • Contribute to maintaining and expanding CIQ and brand and influencer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Become an expert in our internal workflows, using them efficiently to vet data for internal research and client reporting

Other Details:

  • Projects are assigned on a rotating basis and involve online brand investigation or social media research. Opportunities to take on more responsibility and larger projects were provided for excellent work and interest in further training.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position: 

  • You understand the major players in the beauty, fashion, home, travel, and lifestyle marketplace. Bonus: you can identify up-and-coming brands and trending products.

  • You have an eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy. 

  • You possess strong time management skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.

  • Bonus: You are able to read and write Korean, Japanese, or Arabic with moderate (or better) fluency.
