Job Description

As a Data Operations Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and completeness of product and market data used by global clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has a strong eye for detail, and wants to build a career in analytics within an international environment.

Responsibilities:

Daily Operations

  • Code new products and product characteristics accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain product databases and ensure data quality through established validation checks.
  • Monitor product launches and updates, ensuring information reflects market reality.
  • Collect, archive, and maintain product information from manufacturers, websites, catalogs, and other relevant sources.
  • Follow operational workflows, processes, and documentation standards.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and KPI tracking.

Client Support

  • Respond to client queries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve requests.
  • Stay informed about market and category developments relevant to assigned products.

Qualifications

  • Fluent Croatian and intermediate English (B2+) communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Previous work experience is an advantage, but we welcome early-career professionals with the right mindset and learning agility.
