We are looking for a Specialist I, Data Integrity, to join our team and help ensure data accuracy across our global systems, supporting stable, efficient supply chain operations that ultimately enable better patient care worldwide.
Based in our Elekta Business Services (EBS) office in Warsaw, you’ll work in a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Service Operations, and Data Operations.
In this role, you’ll combine analytical thinking, system understanding, and process mindset, from resolving daily data inconsistencies to contributing to automation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do at Elekta:
- Investigate and resolve system synchronicity issues across: Inventory, In‑Transit, Open Orders, Item Master, Material in Review, integrations, and system errors
- Proactively monitor and manage system alerts to ensure data consistency
- Identify and fix data integrity issues using different approaches:
- Standard data input
- Intelligent data analysis and correction
- Reporting-based validation and re-fixing
- Mass updates and automation logic files
- Deliver regular analytical reports to monitor system performance and data quality
- Develop and maintain documentation, process flows, and knowledge repositories
- Create, review, and improve work instructions and process standards
- Support operational dashboards (daily / weekly / monthly reporting)
- Build and enhance tools to automate processes and improve efficiency
- Prepare presentations and data insights for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting
- Contribute to global projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support and share knowledge with other team members

What you bring:

- English at min. B2 level
- University degree (preferred fields: supply chain, IT, data, analytics, etc.)
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain, or system support (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Copilot
- Analytical mindset and logical thinking
- Nice to have:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. INFOR M3) or Salesforce
- Knowledge of EDI processes
- Basic skills in SQL, VBA, Qlik Sense or SharePoint

Skills Required
