You'll lead two Data Engineers while staying close enough to the work to challenge, troubleshoot, and make the hard technical calls.

Skills Required
- Deep technical experience with SQL and Python
- Experience with Databricks and Microsoft Azure
- Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines
- Experience with data modeling and data governance
- Experience working with APIs
- Ability to connect business problems, data, architecture, execution, and outcomes
- Ability to identify data quality issues and implement preventative controls
- Ability to lead production incidents and perform root-cause analysis
- Experience leading and developing Data Engineers
- Willingness to work fully onsite Monday through Friday in BGC, Taguig City
