About the Role
As a Data & Insights Intern, you will play a vital role in leveraging consumer insights and data engineering to drive impactful business decisions. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies to design and implement technical solutions that unlock the power of consumer data.
This internship position will allow you to get started with your IT career and serve as a steppingstone to an international career within P&G.
Integrated in the local digital transformation team and working closely with the Iberian data & insights team and European consumer insights community, you will:
Analyze and model large datasets, translating daily consumer touchpoints and behaviors into actionable recommendations;
Utilize advanced data wrangling techniques and tools to extract valuable insights from retail and consumer data;
Team up with technology partners to translate your innovations into robust and scalable data projects;
Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-nationality teams;
Discover and lead next-generation analytic capabilities by collaborating with customer/category analysts and senior business leaders.

Job Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields.
You are comfortable working with diverse business scenarios and a consultancy mindset.
You are passionate about trying new things, learning quickly, and working well with diverse backgrounds.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, are self-motivated, dynamic, and have a can-do attitude.
You are proficient in Portuguese with strong verbal and written communication skills.
You are proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with analytics tools/languages such as Power BI, Python and SQL is preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools and generative AI platforms to enhance productivity and problem-solving is a plus.
Availability to do a 1-year internship.
