Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping.

About the job
As our Data & Information Management Student Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of the team — helping us keep our product data sharp, our content relevant, and our systems running smoothly.
Working closely with teams across Product, R&D, Sales, and Service, you’ll handle everything from maintaining databases to organizing learning content and creating internal communications. It’s a role for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity — and wants to see how data and communication come together in a global company.
We're flexible — depending on your situation and what you're looking for, this role can be structured either as a student job or an internship.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-
Product Data Management: Maintain high-quality, accurate data across different systems.
-
Competitor & Project Tracking: Keep our competitor database and project catalog up to date and organized.
-
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to gather and align key information.
-
Learning Content Management: Help organize and manage training content in our Learning Management System.
-
Intranet & Communication Support: Create and update content for our intranet, as well as support with presentations, reports, and web materials.
-
Creative & Data Projects: Jump in on ad hoc tasks ranging from content creation to process improvements and data analysis.
Who are you
You’re someone who genuinely enjoys making sense of information — whether it’s writing content, analyzing data, or organizing it so others can easily find what they need.
You’re the kind of person who takes initiative, asks questions, and isn’t afraid to try new things. Balancing multiple tasks doesn’t scare you — in fact, you enjoy the challenge. You’re a strong communicator, both in writing and in person, and you feel comfortable working with people from different teams and backgrounds. Whether you’re working solo or as part of a group, you show up, stay organized, and keep things moving.
What you know
You’re bringing a mix of technical interest and communication skills — and you’re excited to put them to use in a real-world business environment.
You probably:
-
Are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Information Systems, Business Innovation, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
-
Have some experience (or are eager to gain it) with content management tools like Microsoft SharePoint or other CMS platforms
-
Have a strong interest in content writing and information analysis
-
Know how to stay organized, manage your time, and balance several tasks at once
-
Have a sharp eye for detail and care about keeping data clean, accurate, and usable
