File Maintenance Review
- Process basic administrative reports for Vehicle and Mortgage portfolios and extract reports for accounts as assigned.
- Process Agreement to Provide (ATP) forms as assigned
- Communicate to supervisors, lender administrators, and/or managers file issues and status
- Resolve problems within scope of authority according to policy and procedures
Data Entry
- Process vehicle and mortgage extracts for new lenders
- Communicate any issues to the appropriate departments
Mentor
- Provide work direction and routine leadership on team projects
- Teach others in specialized skills or procedures
Process Efficiency
- Update tracking tools/programs used in reference to the position
- Assist other departments with call outs, reports, and special projects
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 – 4 years related experience
