Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our databases and systems. The role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for loading sheet generation.
- Responsible for vehicle settlement generation
- Responsible for Z report reconciling with settlement.
- Responsible for voucher entries.
- Responsible for escalating any variance on settlement related to stock or cash.
- Responsible for checking all spends in the settlement for supporting vouchers.
- Responsible for ensuring any variance is approved by the BAAM before closing a settlement process.
- To perform all other related functions as will be assigned by your boss in accordance with general principles and directives of CCIL.
Requirements
- Maximum of Degree and Minimum of 0-Level with basic computer skills.
- Minimum of 2 yrs experience in Data entry/ management .
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or office clerk.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills Required
