We are looking for a Data Entry Support to join the team on a three month fixed term contract based in our Iași office.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transfer data from spreadsheets/word documents into Klea, our online platform.
- Follow prescribed data entry procedures and quality standards
- Upload documentation into the Klea platform, using provided best practice
- Maintain consistent attention to detail throughout the data entry & document upload process
- Ensure all data entries & uploads are complete and error-free
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the Customer Success Team
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet navigation
- Comfortable working with online software tools
- Good typing speed and computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous data entry experience is desirable but not essential
- · Proven professional proficiency in English (knowledge of German, French, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian is a plus).
