Owns the eFileConnect AEOI product backlog, translating customer, business, and regulatory needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Partners with product and delivery teams on Agile planning, prioritization, verification, demonstrations, and releases. Engages customers, supports reporting-season queries, and monitors CRS and FATCA requirements to guide roadmap decisions and continuous product improvement.

Provides first-level IT support, assists with internal applications and technology platforms, manages user access, supports system testing and documentation, monitors incidents and performance, and participates in IT projects and process automation. Collaborates with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to resolve technical issues while supporting data accuracy, onboarding, offboarding, and basic security controls.

Mentors junior QA analysts, promotes quality best practices, and helps define QA standards, processes, and metrics while collaborating with developers, Product Owners, and business analysts.

Maintain and enrich B2B contact and company data for outbound campaigns. Verify emails, remove duplicates, standardize fields, capture lawful consent (GDPR), prepare CRM records for campaigns, run data hygiene checks, and report data quality while partnering with RevOps, Legal and InfoSec.

Join a cross-functional Agile team to design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack SaaS software. Write clean, tested code, participate in design and Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and follow secure development and CI/CD practices while learning from senior engineers.

Lead and formalise Quantios' partner program: own commercial engagement with principal partners, develop partner-driven revenue, align internal go-to-market processes, orchestrate partner enablement and certification, cultivate new partnerships, and ensure successful client outcomes. Requires stakeholder management across sales, delivery and support and periodic international travel.

Drive outbound GTM campaigns to migrate mid-market clients from on-prem Quantios solutions to the SaaS platform. Hit revenue targets via disciplined pipeline management, territory planning, prospecting, and stakeholder management. Build executive relationships, coordinate internal teams, navigate complex enterprise deals, and articulate the business value of platform transformations.

Support Customer Success Managers by assisting with customer meetings, note-taking, HubSpot data updates, internal coordination, operational trackers, QBR slide prep, basic commercial/admin tasks, and learning product and customer needs.

The Data Engineer will build and maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality, and support advanced analytics with a focus on AI-driven use cases.

Manage social media, website, and internal communications, focusing on timely, impactful content across channels; optimize digital performance with analytics tools.
