About the Role
Join us at NinjaOne as a Data Enrichment Specialist supporting our marketing revenue team and our sales development representatives (SDR's), by providing updated and clean customer profile data for existing and potential new customers. You will help map our customers' needs accurately so that we best serve them with relevant content and marketing experiences across our unique sales channels. Using your data analysis and research expertise to provide our teams with quality datasets, using tools such as our CRM and external information resources. Your contribution is impacting more targeted marketing efforts, an improved customer experience, and to maximize customer nurturing. Deepening and creating sales success at the top of the funnel and impacting increase revue for NinjaOne.
Location- Ecuador, Brazil, Columbia, or Mexico
What You'll be Doing
- Data Enrichment- to create more targeted marketing efforts, you will use your verification and research skills to add customer data daily. Using 3rd party research tools to provide client contact information, industry, company size, market segment, and other personalized content needs. You will have a weekly target of contacts for enrichment to measure your success.
- Data Cleansing- you willdaily review and correct client contact data, manually on an Excel spreadsheet. Providing clean digestible records before ingested into our Salesforce CRM. Data to be cleansed will include customer location (country, state, city, and street addresses) and customer contact data (such as name, title, phone number, and email address).
- Other Duties as assigned- to support customer-centric data enrichment objectives.
About You
- Associate degree in general business or other data analysis field will make you a standout candidate but is not required.
- Experience compiling data from multiple resources, to improve accuracy of a database.
- Strong organizational skills supporting client details and accuracy for our CRM.
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience are required.
- Experience with data validation software, for cleaning and compiling large data sets, such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info and Neverbounce.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technology.
- Inquisitive research aptitude, as this role will require a strong level of investigative work.
