What you will be working on regardless the roles
- Set technical direction for streaming data processing engine
- Hands-on implementation of streaming data processing engine
- Practice engineering best practices for system design, coding, documentation and communication
- Work closely with engineering team members and operation team to identify new priorities and communicate it well
- Contribute to engineering development process improvements
What you must have
- proficient in Flink and Java
- proficient in messaging queue frameworks such as Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ, etc.
- depth belief in our mission and strong enthusiasm in AI / data
- 5-8 years software individual contributor experiences
- experiences in startups and enterprises
- proficiency in at least one of the following public cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure
- proven record of building a complex service from scratch to production
- experiences in delivering incremental features and maintaining reliabilities of a production service
- good understanding in best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and security compliance
Nice-to-Haves
- proven experiences of building a team and mentoring skills
- PhD training in computer science or similar areas
- previous startup founder experiences
- Proficient in react / vue, and CRUD
- Proficient in embedded CV and related framworks, such as TensorRT, Gstreamer, etc.
- Product manager leadership in AI/ML based products
