Job Summary

The Reporting & Data Analyst will work on the Accounting team and be responsible for delivery of quality data validation, analysis, and reporting. The role will work closely with the technology team, product managers and executive level management across the ISC platform to take reporting requirements and make them actionable and easily accessible to the business.

Position Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain reports in Alteryx, SQL & Excel for new/recurring carrier reports.
  • Communicate with external Carrier contacts for their data & reporting needs.
  • Document processes and report/Alteryx building processes for reproducibility.
  • Analyze data for quality, consistency, and accuracy across platforms & systems.
  • Work closely and communicate with Tech for new report needs and data quality fixes.
  • Seek out new & innovative processes, programs, & solutions to help ISC’s growth in reporting automation.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or graduated with a Bachelor’s in Math, Data Science, Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Actuarial Science, or the like.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High proficiency in Alteryx, Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet monthly deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.


Role Progression

This role has the opportunity to progress and grow into a Senior Reporting & Data Analyst. The skills utilized in this role can also lead to other positions within the in the Tech department, especially related to Systems Engineering or Data.

The starting annual pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.

ISC's salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

National Pay Range

$63,000$68,000 USD
