We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Data Analytics Manager to lead data-driven decision-making initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Data Analytics and Business Analytics, with the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive operational efficiency, strategic growth, and business performance.

This role requires a professional who can work closely with cross-functional teams, understand business challenges, and deliver actionable recommendations through data visualization, reporting, forecasting, and advanced analytics techniques. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple analytics projects, mentoring analysts, and collaborating with stakeholders to establish data-backed business strategies.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end data analytics projects, from requirement gathering and data collection to analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reports to monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Partner with business leaders, product teams, operations, finance, and marketing teams to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Build predictive and descriptive analytics models to support forecasting, customer insights, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems and business intelligence platforms.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations and performance analysis.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.
  • Collaborate with technology and data engineering teams to improve data accessibility, governance, and reporting automation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging analytics tools, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
Required Skills
  • Strong expertise in Data Analytics and Business Analytics methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and data modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related domains.
  • Experience in managing analytics projects and collaborating with senior business stakeholders is preferred.

Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in Data Analytics and Business Analytics methodologies
