Job Description

The Installed Base Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of complex Installed Base data through advanced analysis and methodologies, working under general supervision. The role executes and optimizes automated processes for record generation and maintenance, while continuously improving management strategies. The role includes evaluating and validating product Change Requests, tracking system performance, and documenting all updates for compliance purposes.

Job Responsibilities:
• Analyzes complex Installed Base data to ensure accuracy and identify any inconsistencies, utilizing advanced methodologies to maintain data integrity, working under general supervision.
• Executes automated processes for the generation and maintenance of Installed Base records, ensuring alignment with validated data sources and industry standards.
• Implements strategies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of Installed Base management processes, continuously seeking opportunities for optimization.
• Evaluates and validates product Change Requests by conducting in-depth reviews, ensuring they meet all regulatory and quality requirements before implementation.
• Tracks the performance of Installed Base management systems, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them to prevent data inaccuracies.
• Documents all processes, changes, and updates related to Installed Base management, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Provides guidance and support to other team members and departments, leveraging specialist knowledge to resolve complex issues related to Installed Base data.
• Conducts regular reviews and audits of Installed Base records, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoots and resolves advanced issues within the Installed Base management system, applying specialized knowledge to minimize downtime and maintain data accuracy.
• Ensures that all Installed Base processes adhere to the latest regulatory and quality guidelines, implementing changes and updates as required to maintain compliance.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience with large-scale data governance, service operations, or healthcare informatics.
