As a Data Analytics Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, Operations, Marketing, and Technology to identify opportunities, measure performance, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, developing analytical frameworks, and building scalable reporting solutions that support key business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in SQL and Python with exceptional analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data models to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Partner with leadership teams to define key metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to support strategic initiatives.
- Design and execute data-driven experiments and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Translate business problems into analytical questions and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Support forecasting, trend analysis, customer behavior analysis, and performance monitoring initiatives.
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across teams and business functions.
- 4–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or related domains.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, statistical modeling, and data manipulation.
- Experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, and large-scale datasets.
- Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, forecasting, and analytical methodologies.
- Experience creating business metrics, KPI frameworks, and executive-level reports.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, fintech, or consumer-tech domains.
- Exposure to A/B testing, customer analytics, pricing analytics, or growth analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience working with predictive analytics and machine learning models.
- Current or previous designation as Data Analytics Manager or Analytics Manager.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging SQL and Python to solve business problems and drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to convert data insights into strategic recommendations.
