About the Role
In this opportunity as Data Analyst, you will:

  • Deliver timely and accurate recurring reports and ad hoc insights to stakeholders within HR and the business.

  • Investigate and analyze data issues and anomalies reported by stakeholders. Collaborate closely with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies, ensure data accuracy and consistency, and communicate findings and resolutions in a timely and clear manner.

  • Provide outstanding stakeholder management and support (proactively getting feedback, sharing updates and new ideas, meeting regularly).

  • Manage multiple projects effectively and self-sufficiently (gather requirements, recommend approaches, and develop and test solutions).

  • Develop and maintain self-service dashboard solutions (Power BI).

  • Learn and apply new ways to generate insight using machine learning, advanced analytics (clustering, text analytics, forecasting and modeling), and other data wrangling and visualization tools.

  • Improve and automate processes using a variety of tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, Alteryx, Excel and others.

  • Communicate insights effectively using creative Data Visualizations and Story Telling techniques.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Data Analyst if your background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, or a relevant field that uses quantitative analysis and critical thinking.

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, decision support, or research (Finance, Strategy, Marketing, or HR experience also considered)

  • Strong Excel skills and experience with large, complex data sets

  • Data visualization skills with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

  • Familiarity with HR or Finance processes and data sets is advantageous

  • Experience with SQL, R, or Python for data analysis is a plus

  • The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with strong English skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential information, work independently, and adapt to new challenges is also required
